Johnson Preseason All-America By Sports Network - Hatcher Summer Update

The Sports Network All-American Team
Murray State senior Dontrell Johnson is one of four Ohio Valley Conference players that were named to the Sports Network/Fathead.com Football Championship Subdivision (FCS) Preseason All-American Team.
Johnson (Moultrie, Ga.) was selected to the first team and adds this honor to many others he's received since an outstanding junior season in 2010 which saw him named to the All-American teams by The Sports Network and Phil Steele Magazine.
In 2010, Johnson led all players in FCS football with a punt return average of 22.8 yards per return. He also had two punt returns for touchdowns.
Johnson is also a key player on defense for MSU.
The Racers open the 2011 season Sept. 1 as they travel to face Louisville in a nationally-televised contest. Kickoff is set for 5 p.m. on ESPNU.

As the Racers get closer to their first practice of fall camp on Aug. 3, head coach Chris Hatcher took some time recently to give a bit of a summer update.
