Bennie Purcell Courts History & Notes
- Murray State University's men's and women's tennis teams play all matches on the Bennie Purcell Tennis Courts on campus.
- The facility was named in honor of legendary MSU men's tennis coach Bennie Purcell. A longtime ambassador of Murray State and especially Racer Athletics died in February 2016.
- The facility features eight lighted and well-maintained hard-courts that were renovated in 2025 to give the Racers the best playing surface in the game.
- Bennie Purcell Courts is located next to Regents Hall on Chestnut Street.
