Personal: Born Galileo Aloha-Ola Simmons, June 13, 1989, in Gallatin, Tenn......daughter of Scott and the late Freeda McMillan and Mark Simmons...has four brothers, Picasso, who plays for the MSU men’s basketball team; Lucciano; Michael; and Gavguin...her father, Mark Simmons, was a member of the MSU football team in the early 1980’s and her mother Freeda was a member of the track & field team...majoring in nursing.
